“We've had a great experience! If anything has gone wrong (i.e. Roof leak, faucet issues) they are quick to have them fixed. We have had no issues! As long as rent is paid on time, property kept up (renting 20 acres) etc they won't mess with you! Some of the complaints I've read seem very minimal and petty.
