I have nothing but nice things to say about this Firestone!

I have a new born and really needed an oil change and tire rotation/air added.
It was a rainy day! So I set an appointment to get it done.

Well Jo was so nice, I got checked in early for my appointment and he said they would get it done as soon as they could. He went to my car to check the mileage, and when I asked to look at my windshield wipers he cleaned mine off for me. He also pulled the car up right by the door to let my baby in.

Needless to say he went above and beyond and was such a gentleman! Traveling with a newborn can be a very hard task but I’m grateful for people like Jo in this world.
