I am 32 years old and hurt my back doing gymnatics 20 years ago. After having surgery due to an 80% paralyzed leg, professionals told me to be happy I was able to walk. I have actually never stopped working out for long periods of time even though I was not supposed to. I used to take medicine to be able to work out which is not the way to go. It’s not easy to accept working out 15 hours a week to nothing because of injuries (back and knees especially). When I moved to Jacksonville, a friend told me about Scott. I wanted to start working out in a healthy way. I haven’t been pain free in over 20 years but Scott worked his magic and I have never felt this good. I am way stronger thanks to Scott’s workouts. I can not thank him enough! I know I am in great hands. His workouts really work.

Scott Hernandez is a extraordinary trainer , in less than one year my body has been transformed. Considering that I have two bad knees and neck issues that is a huge accomplishment. I have several friends who have been going to Kai Fit for years, they look so amazing it inspired me to join, Scott makes sure that I don’t injure myself and work out using movements that do not hurt.
