“I've tried a few different float locations around OC and have seen the best and the worst (The worst being a Saw movie type of shower in the corner of a carpeted room with warehouse lighting. No joke.) Awaken Float Lounge is THE best around!! I go for 2 hours weekly and have experienced some life changing benefits. The most note worthy change is my relationship with my phone. Prior to coming here, I usually spent most of the day glued to my earbuds. I'm always listening to a podcast, book, or music. Rarely did I do ANYTHING without some form of secondary stimulus. I've come to realize I was drowning myself out with external input, and rarely did I ever just sit and listened to myself. That has dramatically changed.
