“From the minute I walked in the staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and friendly. The park is nicely manicured. Clubhouse is great with amazing showers and bathrooms that are cleaned 4 times a day. The pool is beautiful along with a gorgeous catch and release lake. Everyone is super friendly. I have two school age kids and they love love it here. I’m SO GLAD We chose this place over Flamingo Lake. There’s no other place I’d rather be while I build /buy my forever home.”

“I love the tours with Captain John! I have taken many of my out of town visitors on the tour from the zoo location and from the Crazy Fish Restaurant location before it closed down. I didn’t realize that Captain John was still in business since the restaurant closed. I’m so excited because I look forward to taking more friends on the airboat tour! It’s always a blast and I highly recommend it!”

We arrived and it was a continuously walk from the entrance to customer service which was fast and then straight to the ship. I have cruised from here many times, just wished there was more ports from Jacksonville than the Bahamas.”

“My Granddaughters sixth birthday party was a success thanks to Jacksonville Carriage. They showed up when they said they would. The petting zoo, pony and horse rides were all done very professionally. The children ranged from one to 12 and everyone had a great time. I especially liked the way they explained everything to the kids and taught them about the different animals. Thank You for a great experience I rate 5 out of 5!”
