“Booked last minute at about 1am because me and my friends were in a terrible accident on our way back to North Carolina, from Miami. The room was fine, for the price we paid. Could have been better, but could have been worse, but it was perfect for what we needed it for- just to sleep. The room did smell like cigarettes, even though we chose a non-smoking one, but that was the least of our worries at the time. Due to us being in an accident and totaling our car, we were forced to wait until my friends mother could drive down from North Carolina to come get us the next afternoon. Because of this, we needed a late check out. Lois at the front desk was VERY understanding and helpful and let us stay until my friends mother arrived. She was so nice and noticed that we were all injured from the accident, so she gave us her personal icy-hot spray, out of the kindness of her heart. We were so thankful for her, and appreciate what she did for us. Thank you Lois!!”

“My wife in I were in town for a concert and stayed at Home Suites. The best part of the stay was meeting Lisa the lady that did an amazing job with the breakfast area. She was very professional and made our experience the best. I hope that the GM recognizes what a prize they have in her. She as well as the staff is what makes a great experience at any hotel. The room was comfortable and the area felt safe enough for my wife and me. Please give Lisa an encouraging word while you stay. You can't miss her :)”
