“Brandon is the best trainer I've had in years, not just from the knowledge he provides but all the personal 1-on-1 relationships he builds with his clients. 30 minutes of work with Brandon is all you need. I've never been a fan of big commercial gyms where you have to deal with crowds. I love the private 1-on-1 setting with workouts tailored specifically to my goals. I don't feel the need to look elsewhere for a trainer or a place to train.”

“I started coming to Dr. Castelli's office in spring after visiting a neurologist. Dr. C has a great balance between being personable and a great planner. I always felt like there was a plan and he kept up with my progress. With my busy schedule I find time to visit as recommended. My pain is more manageable and I have a better understanding of what I can do as a patient to increase my "pain free days." Massage and adjustments have helped me make it through challenging weeks as a med student. Also, his office is comfortable and I am always greeted with a warm welcome. I would recommend his office to anyone challenged with lower back or hip pain.”

“Let me start off by saying that i am deathly afraid of the dentist. I had a route canal done on 10/25 by Dr.Kyle & his dental assistant Billy. Billy prepped me prior to the doctor coming in and made me feel completely at ease about the whole entire situation. Dr. Kyle came in and we joked around a bit and the surgery got started. They both kept asking me if i was ok and comfortable throughout the whole entire process. I think 5 stars is too little of a rating that these two and the whole staff deserves. I have visited this office several times and have always been treated like I was family. Dr. Kyle and Billy were both EXTREMELY knowledgeable in what they were doing and it was easy to see that the patients well-being and comfort was their number one priority. Throughout the whole entire process I felt little to no pain. I would recommend them and this office over and over again.”

“If you have PTSD and tired of lockdown facilities this place is it. The rooms are nice and spacious with a shower, cable, and closets to dressers. The staff is kind, the facility is well kept and they offer occupational therapy to TBI treatment. They also have weekly activites to get your mind off the trauma. Be ready to work on your issues though the intense 1 on 1 sessions will test you.”

“One of the closest gas stations/ convenience stores to my house, also one of my favorites! Always in stock with my favorites & all of the employees are so nice. The manager had worked here for over a decade & always recognized me and says hello, makes it feel nice & welcoming. The bathroom is always very clean, too . “I won't be able to express here just how amazing this Sifu and school are but I will say 5 stars feels just unreasonably low but its the most I could put. I have been attending this school for around 6 months now. I take it with my 7-year-old son but it should be noted that the next youngest person in class right now is in their mid 30's -- this is not a kid's class, this is serious work but the Sifu is SOOOO good and flexible that it has worked amazingly well for both my son and myself. Previously, over the last 32 years, I have undergone many disciplines of training including Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing for years each and others for less time. The comments that Colin Sheehan made about the Sifu and class are well-said and I agree completely. The way the Sifu teaches is like nothing I have ever seen: efficient, effective, to the point. He always has you imagine the real scenario and practice in such a way that would actually work, and gently corrects you if its wrong and has you practice it for enough time to get it right (and then some more lol). Sifu's style of teaching is not improvised. He was very strictly, formally instructed both *the training* and *the teaching* from one of the most well-respected martial arts lineages in history. Based on hundreds of years of perfection, he has not changed it to adapt to any specific culture but kept true to form. I have so many good things to say about the Sifu and the effect this school has had on mine and my son's life. We learn way more than powerful punches and kicks that require minimal effort and leave us in balance. The lessons of Wing Chun teach us how to live our *LIVES* in a powerful way, that takes minimal effort, and leaves us in balance.”
