“Nexstep Coastal Spin and Pain Center is a wonderful practice of caring nurses, physicians and other healthcare professionals. I was introduced to them by a friend, and have been so pleased with my experiences there that I had to write a quick review. I have been seeing them for months now, and every appointment has been a pleasure. They are always on time and take their practice very seriously. They treat you as a patient, not a number and you can feel how much they truly do care. I know it's difficult to find a good medical practice, but you can be assured this is truly one of the genuinely good ones. They are not a pill mill, so if that is what you are looking for, look elsewhere. That is not to say they don't prescribe medication if you need it, but they never overprescribe and they check and count your pills at every appointment. This may seem like an intrusion, but it is in their and your best interest that they keep track of how you are doing with following the dosage instructions. If you need a dose increase, call and ask...don't just take more. Also, if you are there for their buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment, you will be urine tested every time, so please don't go there if you are not willing to play by the rules. They are only there to help you, not enable you to make bad decisions. If you do make a mistake, be honest with them and most likely they will give you another chance because they know no one is perfect, especially when it comes to addiction. If you are looking for a high quality healthcare practice, this may be just the one for you...I know it is for me and many of my friends whom I recommended them to in the past. Regards, Greg”

“The hours are subject to the University so check the website first. You will also need to go there to reserve a room. The floors are for different purposes and there are signs when you walk in. It can be packed on the second floors but they have all the public use computers. If you stop by the desk you can use your student ID to check out a laptop. The 3rd and 4th floors are the quiet ones and they have study sections throughout and even between the shelves.”

“Now where else can you get a great tasting sandwich, fresh and fabulous salads and scrumptious soups all under one roof.. Newks certainly answers that call. We enjoyed the half portion portabella veggie sandwhich accompanied by the Greek salad, blue cheese dressing on the side. The Turkey avocado and Greek salad combo, and the Chicken tortilla soup. Everything was fresh and tasty. Issues were tables dirty for the entire time we were there… a menu that is not totally clear when upgrading levels, the removal of the fun and yummy pickles, roasted garlic and breadstick bar and fact that one soda machine was turned off for no reason we could see at all … and no one to really ask for anything when needed. They did however help when we approached the counters to get issues fixed so 4 stars is what I landed on. Will go back and do truly like their food…”

“I was concerned about my son's reading ability and had him formally assessed at Mandarin Reading Clinic at the end of his 3rd grade year of school. He tested 2 grade levels below where he should be, although he was getting and "A" in his reading class at school. He worked with a Speech Therapist one time per week throughout the summer for 17 total sessions. He improved by two grade levels over the summer months and is now reading and testing at his grade level. As a parent, it is rewarding to see your child enjoy reading. Before his assessment today, my son said to me "Mom, thank you for taking me to the reading clinic. I really do appreciate it". He scored the highest grade in his reading class for the last two quizzes. He now has confidence in his reading. Thank you to the wonderful speech therapists who worked with my son. I truly thank you and wouldn't have been able to help him succeed like you all did!”
