“I was having a really bad day, and honestly haven’t had a good experience at this place before. But that’s another story for another day. I was having a terrible day and they did the best they could to help and even more. They have more than made up for the absolutely terrible service I received in 2018. In 2018 they drove over a nail with my scion after I brought it in for transmission issues. I was going to but there until the salesman bullied me so bad, I couldn’t take it. We had to put our cat down that same day and he only cared about the sale. Then service drove over a huge nail and it flattened my tire. We had bought there in 2014 and after that experience in 2018 we never bought there again and went to Keith Pierson. While I’m still more comfortable driving across town for service at Keith Pierson, Arlington did a great job helping me in a jam with my battery. They comforted me, made everything easy, and got me a free Uber ride to and from my job. It’s a testament to how far they have come and how they are trying to provide good experiences for their customers.”

Toyota dealers included, only tape that would not match the rest of the car. I found Big Boy Airbrush. Bill called me back right away, we scheduled a time and price on the phone. “Good place.. street acces alis a little hard place mostly for bob tails so plan your route. Replaced couple front tires, they were quick, and did a good job, wheels were balanced with some kinda plastic bids they say is lifetime balanced as long as those bids stay inside the wheels. Both men I have dealt with in the office - Rueben and Jeff - are knowledgeable, experienced, patient and respectful to me as a single woman in explaining issues. They are helping me to maintain two cars with 170K+ miles on them and I trust their advice. They have never tried to "sell" me on a service or push me to set an appointment. “Tom and the whole crew over at Tire Outlet (Jax Port) are amazing. A couple weeks ago, I ran over some debris on Dames Point and punctured both my performance tire and 20 inch Giovanna Rim. I stopped by there immediately and consulted with Tom on a solution. Fast forward to today, I received the replacement custom rim and tire separately from an online vendor (very complex process; this was not Tire Outlet) and they were able to squeeze me in on a super tight schedule and get the tire mounted and rim balanced to the needs of my BMW. Now I’m back to driving smoothly on perfectly balanced and worry free from any issues with loose rims etc. They crossed every t and dotted every i !
