She spoke to my daughter in such a kind manner and made time to have a quick little conversation with us. When she gave my daughter her bracelet, she made a little bow with it. Little things like that make such a difference in the patient/customer experience. Most people barely make eye contact with you when you're checking in somewhere, they just run down the list of things to do and move on, but Melissa was so personable and just really great. Our actual nurse was not so great, she was a little rough with my daughter and didn't have a warm personality or bedside manner. All the stars are for Melissa, I hope she's recognized for her level of patient care.”
