This has become mine and my husband's absolute favorite spot for sushi, hibachi etc. We've tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has disappointed. Everyone is incredibly friendly and knows the menu so well that they can make excellent recommendations. The sushi is the best in the area by far, for quality and number of choices. The drinks are also AMAZING and unlike most places, they're actually worth the price and they're strong! Cannot say enough good things about this place.
Great variety of food to chose from, all of which I tried were delicious. The server was also really nice, and kept us going with our waters and such. I can't wait to come back here.
Fresh food. Nice staff. Hibachi was great. Not a big sushi eater but, went with 2 sushi lovers and they said the sushi was very pleasing.
The service was adequate for the volume of business.
The sushi was okay. Both rolls I had were overpowered by the breading and oil used to cook them.
My combo plate was good.
The atmosphere is more towards a family dinner than intimate dinning. The flooring is solid not carpeted.
I would definitely return again to dine.
The my card was returned with the credit card bill only not the detail billing I used to pay the bill.
TIPS are supposed to be based on the pretaxed amount, but the bill incorrectly uses the after tax amount to estimate the TIPS. Plus, the estimate starts at 17% not 15%.
Popped into Masa for dinner while we were visiting Weechi Wachee Spring.
The seeweed salad was tasty and shareable portion.
The thai ice tea hit the sweet tooth spot.
The kids really enoyed the dumpling and clear soup.
The basil shrimp was good but very lite in basil flavor and we asked for it spicy and it definitely wasn't spicey at all.
I wouldn't order the sushi we tried again only bc it was really dense and heavy on my stomach (so more of a personal preference) nothing to do with taste - it was yummy actually just too much and i also figured out i don't like hot/cook avocado.
The service was wonderful and attentive.
Would definitely stop by again when in area and if you are looking for a thai and sushi spot give this one a go!
