It definitely beats the (overpriced) commercial competition because you're not dealing with some stranger coming into your house each and every time. The owner Frank, is very genuine and very thorough. It's literally a pleasure to have him come into my home and kill all the bugs. Why? Because any dead bug is the best bug & I personally know that Frank agrees with me on that!🤣
