They cleaned up every bit of cardboard, etc. they cleaned the spilled water in the garage. We could not have had a better experience! Now, on top of all that, their price was very reasonable. I also need to mention that their office manager, JoAnn, was a real sweetheart. She worked with us on changing schedule when we realized a conflict with a doctors appointment. “My printer quit working. Would not print colors only black. Trish told me to bring it down and they would look at it. They called me every day to let me know they were looking at it they could not find out what was wrong with it. They gave me back my printer I feel the price that I was charged nowhere equal the amount of work that they put into it I'm here. I'm shopping for my new copy scanner fax machine. And I will be buying my ink from Trish and my paper. They were more than wonderful to me.”
