Awesome customer service! Called to ask about issues with our 5th wheel diagnosis problem with great customer service which is difficult to obtain these days!

I recently just purchased and RV to move on my property so my parents could be closer to help care for them. When I went to put my sliders out after transferring it they would not move. I tried everything, tested the battery, checked my breakers and had no luck. I was so discouraged and as I was scrolling through RV repair I came across Augie's page. After all the great reviews I immediately called and I can't tell you how completely wonderful my experience was. He told me he didn't have an opening for a couple days but because he could hear how stressed I was he said he wanted to help. He gave me and my husband a couple things to trouble shoot. He was patient and even sent pictures to help us to know what to look for. Before no time the sliders were working and I couldn't be more thankful. I was just blown away with his willingness to help by going above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things about the outstanding service and incredible amount of knowledge Augie and his team have. Thank you again!

Highly recommend this company. They came quickly and did a perfect job. Very friendly, from the father to the young men who came to do the repairs.

I needed hydraulic work done to my 5th wheel. Augies called back right away and came out the next day to find the problem. They located the issue quickly and returned for the repair as soon as they had the replacement part. The work was excellent ! I highly recommend them.
