He is always prompt and on time for any service appointments and is sure to follow up with us for any questions or issues we may have. We don’t use any flea control on our pets and don’t need to we haven’t had any flea or bug issues since hiring ken for our pest control service.

Now he has his own business and we happily followed him. He is knowledgeable and trust worthy. We trust him in our home. If we have any pest issues, he's prompt to respond and takes great care.
