I wish I could give them more stars. Most Services don't let you speak to a person. I needed to talk to a live operator to find a solution for my situation. Smooth Connections were helpful and affordable.

Dawn was my point of contact person. She was phenomenal! Chuck was my driver both to & from where I needed to go. He has a fantastic personality. I felt like a family member was driving me...safe!

This was my 1st time using a service like this and it feels like I won the lottery. I called 1st and talked to Dawn who immediately made me feel at ease and was more than happy to answer any and all questions. We set up a time for my transport but an hour before the arrival time she called and offered a share ride that could save me money. I didn't request it she simply did that as a matter of customer service.! My driver arrived early, the car was immaculate , and he was very professional but also super friendly. I also needed to be picked up and they both made sure I had accomplished what I needed to and that I didn't feel deserted by checking in with me periodically. I can honestly say it felt more like I was out of state family they were trying to accommodate. I am not a big review person but I absolutely love this company and will use them the entire winter I am here but I want everyone to use this company. I want this company to be successful because they deserve it and that is something you don't see in today's world! So if you need a real car service call this company!
