I have a friend who lives there they are nice places the grounds are clean most of all the ppl seem nice

My wife and I went to an open house Saturday and we were really taken away about how clean the property is. Also, the village is hidden in plain sight; it's off US 19, but if you were not looking for it you would drive by it. We spoke with Marge, she is very nice and professional. She answered all our questions and concerns with out having to look anything up. She drove us around the village and showed us a model home. The village and the club house/pool area is spotless. VERY BEAUTIFUL place. Activities no longer printed out and hard to find online. My daughter painted,decorated this home. It's really a BEAUTY.

We looked , and looked at parks from Dunedin to Homosassa . It was patently apparent after our first casual visit , that there was something special about Windward Village. So special that there was no 2nd choice...We literally frequented the roads, and the office to find a home … We got a home with a view of the lake and a walk to the Clubhouse/Pool....Thrilled to be here....and kudos to a very accommodating management team.... Marge helped us find a home within 5-6 weeks.....
