“The people at this location went above and beyond my expectations with my order. Ordering from Kansas to treat my lovely wife for her birthday and of course practically last minute, my delivery could not be made on Sunday so I received a text stating it could be Sat. or Mon. They also refunded my delivery fee. I find out later that day my wife and her father have plans at noon so I call to find out ETA on delivery. Unfortunately their delivery didn't go out until 11:30 and offered to bring ice packs if a cooler was left out or my gift could be left at the neighbors. Very accommodating! Not understanding. Yelled at me on the phone then reported her then she got mad because I did and you know what I don’t need that kind of attitude in my life, I only appreciate understanding people especially when my mom and myself have to constantly go to the pharmacy because we need to pick up medication’s for sure. She actually visited our home, took measurements and then put together a presentation at the show room for us. Alexandria listened to what we wanted and then incorporated her ideas to achieve what we were looking for. Kim, one of the owners, also helped facilitate our selections and demonstrated excellent customer service. During the process, we had an opportunity to visit the Lecanto show room as well. We met Jeanine there and she was great as well. She took her time to listen to what we wanted and then showed us all of our options.
