We were greeted at the door by Alexandria and she pleasantly offered her Interior design expertise. She actually visited our home, took measurements and then put together a presentation at the show room for us. Alexandria listened to what we wanted and then incorporated her ideas to achieve what we were looking for. Kim, one of the owners, also helped facilitate our selections and demonstrated excellent customer service. During the process, we had an opportunity to visit the Lecanto show room as well. We met Jeanine there and she was great as well. She took her time to listen to what we wanted and then showed us all of our options. “About 8 years ago, I had a need of an appliance and sought suggestions from co-workers. One recommended Famous Tate and they were right! The workers were helpful as I tried to figure out how to get the appliance. Now, Famous Tate is my go-to for new appliances, and the place I direct others in need. It got even better when they added free local delivery. Last week, when my dryer died, I immediately went on Famous Tate's website, researched a few choices, ordered, and set it for delivery. Within a few hours, I received a call to verify my order and to let me know I would receive a phone call the next day about delivery. Sure enough, I not only received the phone call, but an email, and a text message, as well. The delivery driver contacted me to let me know they found a dent on the side and asked if that was alright. I said it was, and he said they would be refunding me 10% of the price due to the dent. The delivery came within the window given and was smooth. They were understanding that the path I thought would work was not big enough, and were patient while I quickly cleared the way. The delivery man ensured I was okay with the dent and again stated I would receive 10% off for it. Before he left, he went through a checklist to ensure it was installed and worked. I highly recommend Famous Tate for any of your appliance needs!”

Erik helped us all the way thru the process. We selected the cabinets and also went with their supplier for the Granite Countertops. We put in a new sink and picked some awesome door and drawer handles. Todd and Bobby did an excellent job removing the old cabinets and installing the new ones. I would highly recommend them. “Absolutely amazing work done. I have an Abagail headboard that cost me $1,200. There was hole right in the center. They replaced the entire middle section with leather and now the headboard looks better than the original version and looks more expensive. The husband and wife team are polite and very knowledgeable about upholstery. I was very impressed with their workmanship and how fast they got it done. I will only use them moving forward. “Life Changing! It took me almost a year to finally pull the trigger on getting my custom closet done and I was a fool to wait so long. The design is spectacular and the customer service is superb. The amount of hanging space, shoe racks, shelving, hampers, deep drawers mixed with standard drawers I could go on and on but bottom line. I have been able to open up so much space in my bedroom now that I no longer need it cluttered with 3 dressers.. it has been seriously a life changer. “I had to return some Christmas lights they weren't working adequately exchange was easy I asked for some help and they call someone and brought me right back to where I thought they might be and they were and I wanted to get Blue lights instead of white lights like I had gotten and it was no problem I enjoy shopping at Walmart because when I ask questions about an item that may not be findable they either find it right away or they tell me that it is not in stock at the moment but will be within a couple of days. That helps out tremendously because of the price of gas running to and from different places or back to the store at least I know to wait a couple of days and it's convenient and it's clean 🪥”
