“I had to return some Christmas lights they weren't working adequately exchange was easy I asked for some help and they call someone and brought me right back to where I thought they might be and they were and I wanted to get Blue lights instead of white lights like I had gotten and it was no problem I enjoy shopping at Walmart because when I ask questions about an item that may not be findable they either find it right away or they tell me that it is not in stock at the moment but will be within a couple of days. That helps out tremendously because of the price of gas running to and from different places or back to the store at least I know to wait a couple of days and it's convenient and it's clean 🪥”

“I would like to give a special recognition to Ryan the store manager in Spring Hill. Store #1605. I have not experienced such great customer service in a long time. He not only helped me find the product I was looking for but he got the ladder got it down for me and actually walked me to customer service to help me return the product I got by mistake the day before. While he was helping me with great customer service he managed to help two other customers on the way. DON’T LET THIS EMPLOYEE GET AWAY, TAKE CARE IF HIM, HARD TO FIND.
