From the very first day, you feel like you're part of a very close-knit group of people. There are so many classes and activities throughout the week. They even offer daycare for your children while you work out. If you're a senior citizen, this is the place for you. The YMCA is loaded with other seniors to socialize with.”

“What a welcome addition to our area! I have the pleasure of taking Pilates classes at Main Spring Pilates with Cami as my instructor, and I cannot recommend it enough! The studio is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need for a great workout. Cami is a knowledgeable and friendly instructor who pays attention to each individual's needs and abilities, making sure everyone gets the most out of each session. I had never tried Pilates before, but Cami made me feel comfortable from the start and explained the exercises clearly. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she provided helpful feedback to ensure proper form and technique. I felt challenged but also supported and encouraged throughout the class. After a few weeks of regular classes with Cami, I noticed a significant improvement in my strength, flexibility, and posture. I also felt more energized and less stressed. Cami's teaching style and expertise were instrumental in helping me achieve my goals and stay motivated. Overall, Main Spring Pilates is an excellent studio, and Cami is a top-notch instructor. “We attended the rain barrel workshop on April 28, 2023, that Lilly does. It costs $65.00 per person. On your Hernando county water bill you will receive a $30 one time account credit for attending the class. The other money goes to pay for the rain barrel. They also hand out a reusable shopping bag with different brochures about Florida native plants and water conservation, a ruler and a pen. There are also other papers about those and other topics to pick from hanging on the wall by the classroom door. A household can only purchase 4 rain barrels at $65 each, for each class attended. Me and my husband attended so we each paid $65 per rain barrel. But you will only receive the $30 water bill credit one time. Lilly is nice and personable. I think everybody should take the class and purchase at least 1 rain barrel. We moved to Florida from a rural Texas town and our droughts there were horrible. I wish they did these classes and once a week watering restrictions year round, no matter the rainfall, like Florida does!”

“This place is amazing. I love Chinese food and have recently began to wonder if my tastes had changed since I hadn't tasted good Chinese food in a long time. I tried this place once and have been back two more times (it's way out of my way but worth the drive.) Each meal has been great! Very authentic taste. This food is so good you'll want to meet the chef! To me this is the best Chinese food I've had in a while and I've tried many, many restaurants in Tampa, St Pete, and Wesley Chapel”

“I was very nervous to attend my first appointment. Having just moved here from Canada I was really hoping it was a good office and that the Dr. was good. I was stressing myself out for nothing. Although I waited for 3 hrs. and 30 minutes. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and answered any question I had without hesitation. It was so comforting. I was pleasantly surprised how kind the Dr. was. (even though he was running behind) He took the time to explain procedures to me and reassuring me . My overall experience was GREAT. “This is a professionally managed rehab facility. This is my second visit after taking a fall that should have killed me. Staff is continually cleaning and emptying trash cans. The food has improved a lot since my first visit. The gymnasium staff has got me waking good after 5 recent falls related to the first. My old body at 71 has a lot of hard driven miles on it but I'm planning on living to 100 at a minimum. This is an older facility but regardless of it's age, I've got nothing but praise for the friendly staff and management team. Thanks for all your help!”
