“Switched to USAA in April, had Progressive for 10 years before that. Progressive had always given me the cheapest rates, then I traded my car in and was moving states so Progressive told me they couldn’t insure my vehicle since I was in transit to my new state. So I called USAA, granted was on the phone for 2hrs with them, due to technical difficulties with their website at the time but customer service was great the entire time on the phone, their IT lady even stayed on the line while I was talking with their insurance lady, incase any more issues would arise she’d handle it on the spot. In the end they gave me a great rate for full coverage with roadside assistance and all that. Never had to use roadside assistance until the other day when my trucks battery died. Requesting roadside thru USAA was a breeze, the tow truck was at my location within 75 mins and everything went as smooth as butter. I don’t use USAA for banking but I’m beyond pleased with their Auto Insurance department so far.”

“Great experience with this Chase branch. I very rarely see bank tellers anymore. I needed to today & I'm so happy to have visited THIS branch. The staff was friendly, the ATM units were disinfected after each use & the gentleman that assisted me explained how to order an expiring debit card online & described ALL the Chase services I can complete in my online app. Above & beyond? Yep. Great customer service? Absolutely! I wish I could remember his name... ughh, sorry! Highly recommend THIS branch for CS, social distancing & cleanliness. Great job.
