“My experience with this company was by far one of the best companies I’ve had to deal with especially since I’ve been in my new home. I’ve been struggling with rats and exhausted every option on my own with no success. I was sent to critter & wildlife and was also able to speak to the owner directly. He was thorough and made sure to answer all questions also provide information so there was no confusion. My rodent problem was taken care of and he also came back to check on things more than once to make sure we were okay. The honesty and friendliness was great! The technician was at our appointment on time and didn’t leave until he knew for sure everything he could provide for us was given. We were quoted an affordable amount and just the customer service alone was worth every penny. How the world is now we need more of that. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with this company. “This place is the best to ever do it. After having my prescription increase from $120 to almost $300 at target I knew it was time to switch pharmacies. As a grad school student I literally could not afford to do anything else because I was unsure about how I was going to budget for such an unexpected increase. I had my prescription sent 10/20 and it was filled the next day for less than $5. When I walked in the store smelled lovely and was super clean. The lady at the register (Receipt says her name is Shahida) had the most pleasant attitude and was super attentive to any questions I had about the pharmacy (as it was my first time) and my prescription. Today (11/18) I went pick up my second prescription and the shop was just as clean and the lady at the register (receipt says her name is Naivis) was just as kind and bubbly. The store had upbeat music playing and once again I was asked if there was any other way they could be of service. AMAZING. You just don't get customer service like that anymore. Thank you guys.”
