“My experience with this company was by far one of the best companies I’ve had to deal with especially since I’ve been in my new home. I’ve been struggling with rats and exhausted every option on my own with no success. I was sent to critter & wildlife and was also able to speak to the owner directly. He was thorough and made sure to answer all questions also provide information so there was no confusion. My rodent problem was taken care of and he also came back to check on things more than once to make sure we were okay. The honesty and friendliness was great! The technician was at our appointment on time and didn’t leave until he knew for sure everything he could provide for us was given. We were quoted an affordable amount and just the customer service alone was worth every penny. How the world is now we need more of that. I’m beyond happy and satisfied with this company. “I had never been before. We went tonight around 6 pm. All of the people working were great! The cashier was very sweet. I was asked if I needed help and when the associate didn't know, he got the manager. The manager was helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have what we needed, but the customer service was excellent. It is a bit of a drive for us, but we will be back.”

“John came out almost immediately upon calling him. He replaced an outdoor panel box for my pool. He even noticed a place where I needed a GFI and installed one. Now my pool is much safer! And John installed a switch to make it easier to turn my pool pump on and off. I can't believe I haven't had one for 15 years that I've owned the pool. I'm extremely satisfied and I already have a list of items to call him about next. Thanks Triangle Electric!”
