“I worked directly with Jonathan, the owner, he was super transparent, extremely well priced, and I am super satisfied with the work and with the experience. A few days ago I ran into a situation where my water heater needed to be completely replaced due to a hole near the electrical in the unit. All the other companies that I called would not give me a quote over the phone, even if I was going to send them a picture, and either offered a free evaluation, but a high price point (some over double the cost of the unit) for the unit, and a crazy installation fee. I was quoted between $2200 and $3000 from the 5 companies I spoke with in the Tampa Bay Area including the unit, the installation, a one-year workmanship warranty, or between $750-$1200 just for the installation alone (usually only taking 1.5 - 2 hours). With Jonathan, he was the best priced, without compromising quality. He came out much cheaper because he doesn’t have all of the overhead and marketing costs. He is also extremely humble and down to earth. We had a great conversation while he was working on my install. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family, as well as plan on using him in the future with all my other plumbing needs. Below I have attached pictures of my prior unit, as well as the unit I purchased on my own, installed by Jonathan.”

“Ted at Red Carpet Air is fantastic. We bought a house at the beginning of last year 2016. It is now 2017 and, unfortunately for us, the inspector never told us how bad the HVAC system was, nor that we had mold in the system outside the house and in the duct work. Black mold dust was being sprayed all over the house. We would clean and the next day all back again. We were getting sick with cold like symptoms. It wasn't the type of mold that could do real harm, but really is any mold good? Ted at Red Carpet Air replaced our mold ridden unit, installed two lights to prevent mold build up outside and inside the duct work, cleaned the duct work, and used a new system to seal our duct work so that moisture cannot enter, mold cannot re-grow and less cool air will escape the duct work. I feel like my house is no long sick. We are no longer feeling sick. All this work was performed at a very reasonable cost too! Plus, Ted kept us informed on all work every step of the way! He knew how upset we were and he worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend his service for any of the above needs. He will be my go to person for all future maintenance and if I buy a new house down the line Red Carpet Air will be my go to company.
