“I was on my way back to Colorado after a close family member had passed. I was exhausted, in every possible way. I realized I didn't have ear buds, so I trudged my way to the first store I saw - SPANX - and asked the young woman there what the cheapest set of ear buds were. She said the cheapest were $20 and was showing me to them - typical cheap ear buds. There was an older gentleman working there who took a $40 pair from the shelf and said, "For you, these are $20." It was a simple act of kindness & from someone who I know had no idea of what I was going through. The entire interaction was so pleasant. I know items in airports are overpriced. Everyone knows that. And heck, those might have been on sale already. But customer service matters - and I really feel they delivered.”

I have a airbnb room that I rent out next to my kitchen that has a sliding door entrance and an entrance into the main apartment through a doorway that goes into the kitchen. I had a less expensive sound proofing curtain up previously and I could still have conversations with someone in the other room from the kitchen. Now the soundproof door is blocking almost all of the noise. It might have gone from 30% soundproof to 90-95%. It is an incredible product. Susan in customer service helped me figure out the right size, return the standard soundproof door that I originally bought and get the custom one I needed. Very positive buying experience.”
