“We had a great experience with our first time renting with Executive. Maya saved the day for our family after a not so great experience with another car rental company. On the spot, she got us all set up with the mini van and car seats we needed. She was polite and professional and sweet with our kiddos, who were ready to finally get out of the airport and go! She even took the time to help us with the car seat installation and get the a/c running so it was nice and cool for us newbies to the FL heat. The van was clean and ran great, easy rental and return. Great experience!”

“I worked at Rocky Creek Village many years back. I worked in the model center as a receptionist and did several other duties that the other employees would not get off their butts and do. So I transferred to home health care which was awesome everyone in their did their jobs and worked hard. And I never found the part owner Mr Lupo to be an unreasonable person. For what it's worth, there were occasions when family members would just drop their elderly relatives at the model center and just leave them there. Sad. I remember one elderly woman who did not want to be there and was very depressed when she first got there very unhappy but within a week she was getting her hair done she was socializing and always had a smile on her face. maintenance department was the worst very hard to get them to do anything. None of them spoke English so maybe they didn't understand. I don't know but it was frustrating. Yes there were roaches even back then and termites and other issues but the mobile homes were older and it is Florida so it's kind of hard to keep up on that but I agree the conditions definitely could have been better. My evaluation would be that it is a place for low income people as the rents were low and included electricity. I'm not going to put the place down because I seen how it did so much good for the elderly. Always activities going on and for the most part the residents seemed content with their lives at Rocky Creek Village”

“I was so hesitant to use thrifty after seeing all these bad reviews. When searching for a rental it was over $100 cheaper so I decided to go for it. I ended up having a really good experience. When I got there I ended up only having to wait about 10 minutes to get a vehicle. I think I had an easy experience as I wasn’t flying during a peak time. I landed on a Wednesday afternoon. The employees were nice and helpful.”

“As the creature of habit that I am, I went straight to the location I have been picking up vehicles for years. While the sign is still.out that branch no longer provides services. It took me a while to find the new location., as that sign is small and only on the wall above the door. Once I got in the CSR was super friendly and fast, which made me forgot not being able to find the location. He provided me with 4 options to choose from and was willing to go around and show me more. I went with the first recommendation and we had a super great ride in a 2020 model car. The car had very low mileage on it and was basically new. What surprised me even more was the return. The agent walked over and told me that I could leave the keys in the car and I was done. Wow, that was smooth. Great overall customer service, Enterprise.”
