“It's better than a tent has a big TV a big refrigerator a microwave and a really good working AC I'm confused on the pet thing because I seen two puppies here and a cat I get really good channels with the cable the Wi-Fi is kind of iffy depends on who's on it there was a few bugs and I had to clean the room the sheets are not very clean so I'm laying on top of a blanket covering up with my new blanket I got from Walmart There's only a stand-up shower in my room the bathroom not very big he's asking 400 a week plus the deposit of 50 and a fee of 18 dollars if useing a card”

“We had an excellent staying experience at one of the furnished apartments provided by Ready Stays. The initial call to the signing of the contract was a very easy process, expertly guided by Tyler. Any issues during our stay was efficiently dealt with by Dani and Cherry (with some help coming in on late evenings; on weekends). The Ready Stays team is also very flexible and accommodating, making it easier to modify/extend your stays to suit your needs. We will definitely be a repeat clients, in the near future.”

“Quiet park good people clean and well kept the rent is less than all places and fair I lived here three years at 500 an this year because of the economy it went up a little still way less than other parks Russ and Shelly the managers are great and willing to help if needed… don’t believe the negativity in other post …they maintain and keep the trash out of the park…I like it here… I’m coming back next season…”

“Neighborhood is considerably large and being new to the RV life I would have to say that so far it seems like a regular suburban neighborhood rather than seasonal vacationers. They have a curfew at 10 for quiet time which is fine. 3 places on the compound for laundry and to shower if needed. Neighbors and staff are friendly and pretty cheap per month considering inflation. I don't have any negative comments about this RV resort so far and I've been here for about 2 weeks now. For now, I give this place 2 thumbs up 😁👍👌”

“The song Motel is actually a pretty nice place. There's plenty of parking , you're close to a lot of different stores convenience stores Walmart places to eat. And the motel is set up like little Bungalows or cottages it's not like a normal Motel where you go and walk up a couple of steps to walk around the building to your room are all individual and that's really nice especially if you have children. The rooms are nice and it's pretty quiet at night I would definitely recommend this place if you're coming into town for a night or a few days.”

“I live here and it's ok. Not really a retirement neighborhood a lot of people still work. Activities are good but little participation. Not really a great park to ride a bike in because there's a lot of deadends. The 2 parks around us are a lot better to ride in. Rents to expensive and going up again soon. We bought our place kinda in a rush last year when we moved because everything was selling quick. Would I buy here again? Maybe, but I would definitely look around at other parks.”

“I had gotten a deluxe queen non-smoking suite, and it was very nice initially, until my friend and I realized that we were missing a lot of things in the room, like the complimentary toiletries, bed sheet, blanket, and towels. It looked like the room was in the middle of being set up but was never finished. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they came to see our room and were very apologetic. They quickly got us a new and ready room of the same type with little hassle. New room was same in quality, just with carpet instead of tile flooring. All things considered, this is a great budget option for what you pay, with accommodating staff, relatively clean rooms, and great location.”

“This place is definitely cleaned very well, but definitely not maintained very well. It appears that when something minor needs repair, it doesn't get done and I notice it in the room like torn or stained carpet. Or scraped walls. It is a modern recent upgrade and it's nice, but I noticed the door lock was missing from the inside. The water pressure is very low in the shower. The anti-slip mat in the tub is a VERY slip mat. It has many plugs for all your devices to charge, micro fridge, micro, flat screen, iron, blow dryer and in-room coffee.”

“- [ ] Quick and easy check-in, front desk was nice, complimentary bottles of water; located about 20 minutes from the city but pretty easy commute - [ ] Beds are hard; rooms are nothing fancy, slow slow elevator and TV has a super late response - [ ] Breakfast was light, not varied (Belgian waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal and bagels) on day 1, on day 2 there’s was nothing but cereal, boiled eggs and bagels. Definitely very disappointed that I didn’t get a filling breakfast each morning.”
