“Thank you all for doing such a great job!! I have utilized Patterson to service my A/C units for several years now. It is obvious why they have been in business for so many years. They are honest and are really good at what they do... Recently, I had an issue with one of my units, naturally in the middle of the summer. Patterson was my first call for some assistance. As always, they were prompt, courteous, and sent a very knowledgeable technician out to diagnose my problem. They ascertained that the unit was able to be repaired, however due to the age of the system, it made more sense for me to replace the whole unit. Understanding that would be a costly endeavor, they provided me with a temporary fix and encouraged me to research and look around at all of my options. They also helped me understand what made the most sense and didn't try to upsell or push anything that was not needed for my predicament. They asked about likes and dislikes of the old system and deduced that an additional vent should be placed in one of our bedrooms. Naturally, this also made a dramatic difference that I am convinced others probably wouldn't have even asked about. The team that replaced my unit were also top notch individuals! Special thanks to Mike for taking such great care of us! Great job - I will continue to recommend them to anyone in need!”

“We had damage due to Hurricane Ian and I called 5 companies to come out for inspection. Certified Roofing was the only company that actually got on my roof and inspected the damage and took detailed pictures. I signed the paperwork that day and the next morning their crew was out to tarp my roof to ensure no further damage. A few weeks later they returned for a full roof replacement and their guys not only did an amazing job but they were very professional, friendly and worked sun up to sun down 2 days to get it completed. Ryan was my rep and he was awesome from day 1, any questions I had he was a phone call away for the entire process. Couldn’t be more happy with Certified Roofing and their entire staff from the sales process, office personnel and the roofers that completed the project! Highly recommend this company!”

“The ambiance is great . Ford cars aplenty. Outside are several cars as well .Dine under the the red classic if you want or admire from the bar. Multiple TV’s to watch sports on. Indoor or outdoor dining . Napkins are garage cloths … totally cute ! Food is good .. a little pricey for burgers and Mac and cheese .Definitely not a fan of the milkshake…. Not much in the glass mostly chocolate syrup or the Mac and coleslaw . Mac is not cheesy and coleslaw has a pickle kick. Chicken with goat cheese was good ! The staff is GREAT overall . Our waiter Stephen was fantastic! Great smile , friendly and helpful attitude but not so into your face that you couldn’t enjoy your meal. A wonderful waiter… and those are hard to come by. He acknowledged everyone at our table .The manager , REBEL,was great too ! She came and made sure that my granddaughter was satisfied with her burger. Very polite and beyond friendly and helpful ! Overall, a good dining experience . Nice place for family and friends! The establishment itself is CLEAN and neat. Like I said , cars a plenty . Enjoy ! 4 stars is solely based on my taste in food and what I prefer or expect .”

“TORN BETWEEN THE BEST CHEF IN TAMPA OR THE BEST WINGS. My boyfriend and I went out to visit the Fat Rabbit lastnight and it was perfect. The head chef Cole came over to ensure that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our meal. Cole is truly one of a kind with amazing hospitality. He suggested the Real McCoy burger and I can still taste it, the combination of different flavors, the texture….. PERFECTION I am not a fan or burgers or wings however this place has a lifetime visitor. The wings were perfectly crisp not too tuff/dry and not too soggy everything was perfect. Brooks was our server and Hannah would check in on us as well from time to time (they were also amazing). This place is a gem and I would love to keep it hidden but others need to know about this place.”

“I can't say enough good things about Melissa! I'm an adult student who's been working with her a little over 3 years and am so grateful for the vocal improvements she's coached me through! We have done a blend of in-person and virtual lessons and she has an excellent strategy to make sure virtual lessons are as impactful and satisfying as in-person. We do a mix of classical and musical theater repertoire and she has excellent techniques for both. She always checks for feedback as to what songs I would like to learn next and has been very accommodating of any last minute requests to work on specific music when an audition comes up unexpectedly!”
