“Today was my daughters first dentist appointment. She was slightly nervous and so was I. The office is amazing! First of all, the design and decor are everything a child could dream of and entire office is immaculate. The girls at the front desk are welcoming and helpful. All the new patient paperwork was filled out online prior to getting there, which was so easy and a huge time saver. We were called back quickly and it’s obvious the office is run efficiently. The examine room is open, clean and airy. I love that parents are not permitted to stay with the child, less room for interference. The dental hygienist , Lauryn, who cleaned my daughters teeth immediately put my daughter at ease and explained everything that was done prior to and after the cleaning. I was able to visit the exam area once to wave to my daughter and check on her. Dr. Alexandra introduced herself and praised my daughter for doing so well, which brought a smile to her face. I absolutely LOVE that this is a woman owned and operated business and am so glad we chose it!”

“Dr. Wortham and team are fabulous! We went in for a consult after being referred from our dentist and everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful. Dr. Worthman was honest and said he did not recommend treatment for my 8 year old for at least another year and a half. I was so incredibly thankful for his honesty. He is not in this business simply to make money, if that was the case he would have said we need treatment right away (which another place did tell me). He said if we did it now, we'd still have work to do later and if we waited it would be less pain for my 8 year old and less money on my end. I 100% recommend him for his integrity!”

“Dr. Nowicki gave me a choice between 2 surgical centers to get the hardware in my kneecap removed. I chose South Lake for convenience, but I had no idea that I would be treated like royalty! With 2 nurses prepping me for surgery, and making me feel so comfortable, I almost felt guilty with all of the attention. When I came to, I asked if it was 11:49 yet. They asked why. I told them that the Blue Angels were doing a fly-over the hospital. They said that I couldn't see it, and I fell asleep again. When I woke up again, they were right by my side, and showed me a video of the fly-over. I highly recommend South Lake Surgical Center for their cleanliness and professionalism, but also because they make you feel like you are part of the family atmosphere. You won't be treated like a number, nor will you feel like you are being herded in with a bunch of other patients. I hope I never have to have surgery again, but if I do, I will definitely go back here, where I'm treated like a family member. Thank you so much!”

“Our experience with Happy Grins was phenomenal! Dr.Patty and her team made us feel super welcomed from the time we stepped in the door! They gave us their undivided attention and took amazing care of our baby boy! Titan’s revision of his lip and tongue was so smooth and seamless. They even provided a video of what to do after leaving the facility!!!! This was the game changer. We’ve watched the video numerous times to refresh our memories before doing the stretches. They were also on call for the first 72 hours in case we needed them for anything! We can’t thank the Happy Grins team enough for their support and service! The atmosphere is fun and clean! We absolutely LOVE it! This is definitely the pediatric dentist to go with, if you’re wondering! Don’t walk, run to this business! They’re amazing!”
