Conrad was so helpful and so efficient. He delivered items, caring about my home and after put the equipment together, cleaned up after himself. It was a pleasure to have him in our home.

I want to thank MyDME for facilitating my dad being home for Christmas. Each time we called the phone was answered by a person and they could track our history of calls while waiting for doctor orders. The orders were finally sent on December 23rd after the delivery person had left with the day's deliveries. They found a way to add our order to the day. Then the man who delivered the equipment, Conrad, was so helpful and professional. He was efficient and skilled at the assembly, describing the equipment as he went. He made sure that I understood how to operate everything. He was also so pleasant after what I suspect was a longer day than he had planned that morning. After a month of frustrations with medical bureaucracy, MyDME and Conrad were a welcome experience of professionalism and responsiveness.

I have been a customer of My DME Doc for a couple of years now. Customer service has always been excellent, but today Kristina S. went way above and beyond for me so that I could get my supplies. She was amazing and fought hard for me. It took considerable time and patience on her end and I am so grateful for her. Highly recommend!
