“We came here last Thursday before heading back to Canada. We had a reservation as Thursdays are busy (you can only reserve seats indoors, the beautiful outdoor patio is first come first serve). The hostess pulled some strings and seated us by the window, and we were there for sunset, which was stunning! The food was great! Seafood was top notch as expected. It's pricey, but you also pay for the views! Highly recommend eating here, especially if you can get on the patio.”

“Heard some good things about this restaurant and visited it twice in one week. Both excellent experiences! The servers are fast and super nice. Sushi is fantastic 11/10! Appetizers were fresh. Habachi lunch was very filling. Fried rice and white sauce is the best! Pho has exquisite flavors overall, but the steak is rather tough and poor cuts 8/10. Everything came out fast and fresh compared to other sushi locations locally. Bathrooms were super clean. We'll definitely be back!”

“This restaurant is currently set up for takeout ONLY. Very easy and simple online ordering system allows you to order entire menu on your computer. Payment takes place at the restaurant, not online. As usual, the food was packaged and ready when we arrived. Very pleasant staff made the transaction quick and friendly. Very generous with portions, and over-supplied fortune cookies and egg rolls, which was greatly appreciated. Food was exactly as ordered. All interaction was done through a partition, maximizing safety in a Covid-19 environment. Overall, an excellent experience, allowing us to have very tasty Chinese cuisine at home, quickly and safely.”

“Pastry Heaven! Real Hearty Breads. Select German meats, sausages, and Deli items. The German Potato Salad is SOOOOO Delicious. No seating, but the park across the street has some benches, and the view of Lake Ivanhoe is Spectacular. The very Pleasant Staff here is knowledgeable about all the breads and pastries, and have even taught me a few words of German! This Shop is located In Swanson’s Ivanhoe Row, which includes an Art Gallery, Custom Jeweler, Woman's Clothing shop, Men's clothing shop, Wine shop, Beauty Shop, Specialty Stationary/Gift shop, and a new Kombucha Brewery. I come on most Saturdays and enjoy strolling along this stretch of The City Beautiful, it's really a "Hidden Gem"! UPDATE: They've moved to a new location. I've got to go visit them there!”

The staff is great with awesome bartenders and have never really had an issue with this particular location. Very clean, quaint and orderly typifying the perfect community or neighborhood bowling center. There's a pro shop, restaurant and lane service. Each lane has long comfy couches, rather than hard seats. I found that this creates a more warm invitation to relax or energize between games or turns. Ethel, long time mainstay (26 years) can always be seen from the front of the house to the kitchen, and within easy reach. Friendly and efficient, she knows her stuff! Staff member Christina quickly processed our visit, assigned our lanes and even set it up for us! I plan to make Mount Dora Bowl part of my bi-monthly form of exercise and definitely recommend stopping by!”
