“I never had such a good experience in purchasing a car at Toyota of Clermont. I went to this dealer which had advertised at Facebook but did expect just the usual sales guys who want to push you to make a deal. However it started already with the reception by Nikita who heard my wishes of the type of car and amenities I wanted. She knew exactly what to do and showed me the right cars which I wanted without doing all other showings of cars I did not want. Matt, the sales person I came to deal with, was a very easy going guy, knew his business and my demands and was very professional to see if he could meet my demands. Without the usual hours waiting and trying to push for a deal he very quickly understood my wishes and within a remarkably short time (comparing with my other experiences at other dealers)finally offered me a deal I could not refuse . The paperwork with Allison was also very professional. She explained everything and I was very happy with the whole process. I drove away in the car I wanted. A compliment also to Anthony at the service department as my car still had to be fitted with a hitch. Just 3 days later he phoned me to make an appointment. I arrived, a replacement car was ready for me and all the paperwork was prepared. It saved me so much time. For sure I can recommend this dealer to everybody!!!”

“I went to this dealership just to test drive a vehicle. I had no intentions of buying a vehicle, but they made the process so easy and simple. Elle really went out of her way to take care of me. I had driven along ways to that dealership from home and she even made sure to mail me my extra set of keys that needed a new battery. She was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. I appreciated her insight and flexibility during price negotiation. She even solicited multiple colleagues to help with my purchase and making sure my vehicle was actually the right choice for me. I was surprised to find, that every colleague she asked for assistance was more than happy to oblige. The dealership has a very family feel. Johnathan assisted me with the finance portion, and he was equally helpful and friendly. At no point did I feel like I was at a car dealership. Overall great experience.”

“Our sales rep was Leon Miller and we cannot say enough good things about his knowledge, expertise, honesty, demeanor, and his fantastic personality. We purchased an SUV in 2011 from Paul who is now the General Manager of Headquarter Honda. Both of them today made this the easiest purchasing experience we have ever had getting a vehicle. We were so impressed with the time and knowledge that Leon took with us to make sure we understood between the different levels of the CRV's on their lot. Leon broke down the vehicles so we could get a total and complete understanding of each one. His test drive was the best test drive I have ever been on since I started driving 47 years ago. Then he made sure we got the exact color we wanted by making sure we saw every available color and waiting while we decided on what we wanted. We felt we were always treated fairly and honestly and they did exactly what they said they could do for us. Tremendous props to Tony in the finance department as he was as helpful and polite as he was in 2011. After meeting with Tony, Leon spent another tremendous amount of time with us making sure we understood about what we just purchased. He sync all of our phones, stereo settings and seat settings in our new car. We cannot recommend Headquarter Honda enough, ask for Leon he was fantastic.”

Long story short, look no further if you're trying to ship you vehicle and want peace of mind and a stress-free experience. Jerry is great at following up and he wants your best interest. Communication and responsiveness are key in an effort involving transporting vehicles, and Jerry operates around both of these as his core values. Also the trucking company that transported my truck was super professional and exceeded my expectations. They took pictures upon loading the vehicle and upon delivering it. They helped me go around and check out everything they've documented and look for anything else, and finally when I signed I received an email with a link to the full report with all the images they had documented - AMAZING! Overall - a 5 star experience.”
