I feel absolutely blessed to have been fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Sundberg. I’ve had nothing but extraordinary experiences with other physicians at Coastal Orthopedics and Dr. Sundberg was just as phenomenal.
My issue began following a lower back injury while playing golf. As it continued to worsen and my pain became unbearable, I reached out to Dr. Sundberg’s office and scheduled an evaluation. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my L5. I was scheduled for a Laminectomy and the procedure was completely successful. Dr. Sundberg is a brilliant surgeon and I have the utmost confidence in him.
First and foremost, I want to thank him for making me feel so much better and relieving my pain. The care and concern of not only Dr. Sundberg but his staff put me at ease and helped me to get back to a normal life free of pain. I would recommend without reservation, Dr. Sundberg to anyone suffering chronic back pain and/or back issues.
Every once in a while someone who makes a difference comes along. My back issues had become debilitating and surgery was my only alternative. Throughout the process, office personnel, Physician’s Assistant Kristen, everyone worked as a team to support me. From pre-surgery conferencing through surgery and followup, Dr. Sundberg and his staff were understanding for how I felt, clear with procedure processes and expectations, and responsive to my questions and concerns. Post surgery communication was excellent. Every patient is different, but 7 months post fusion surgery, I am exercising regularly, playing golf again and leading a normal life. For me, Dr. Sundberg gave me my life back.
Coastal Orthopeddics is very professional on everything they do. Scheduling for surgery, timing and place was worked out and scheduled to where I don't need to do anything except so up. All staff from check in to check out was well done. Dr. Sundberg was, in my opinion, very well attentive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank you Dr. Sundberg and staff
So very happy with Dr. Sundberg. Initially, I was barely able to walk due to pain in back, radiating down left leg. Also numb left foot. After surgery, I am thrilled to report that I have NO pain at all and some feeling has returned to my foot with expectations that it will continue to improve.
