“Incredibly impressed with Kai and her work. I reached out via Google and was chatting with Kai within 5 minutes. I described the piece and how many people we had and she was able to fit us in the same day! It worked out so well since we were leaving the next day. My sister and I each got a small sea turtle to commemorate our time in Florida. This was my sisters first tattoo and she was nervous. “Made an appointment and when I arrived they brought my vehicle in right away. I had requested some work done which I thought might help a small vibration but they told me it wasn't necessary. They verified all systems and did some small maintenance and charged me $15. They could have made hundreds but did only what was required. While there, a number of people stopped in with a variety of issues that they just described. They provided the people with ideas and suggestions that they could do on their own as well as advice for things that their service station could do to help. I would trust this repair shop again. I did try to drop my vehicle off the night before but because they lock all vehicles up behind a fence, that wasn't possible. There may be a way to do it but I didn't check. Just keep that in mind if you plan on doing the same thing.”
