So much so that I have to vacuum my home every other day otherwise I end up with fur-bunnies floating around the house. I’ve had my care detailed by several other companies, who always charged me much more than the quoted price due to the amount of dog fur! When my car was done and I opened the rear door . . . “I had a seized wheel bearing on an outback. Larry arrived within 30 minutes and did all he could to get the bearing out. He had to remove the knuckle and press the bearing out. He replaced a couple other parts and put in the new bearing. It was hard work and he did a wonderful job . He was honest and charged a fair price. He a very kind person and has some cool stories about growing up here. He got me out of a jam that could’ve cost me hundreds more. Thank you Larry”

“Made an appointment and when I arrived they brought my vehicle in right away. I had requested some work done which I thought might help a small vibration but they told me it wasn't necessary. They verified all systems and did some small maintenance and charged me $15. They could have made hundreds but did only what was required. While there, a number of people stopped in with a variety of issues that they just described. They provided the people with ideas and suggestions that they could do on their own as well as advice for things that their service station could do to help. I would trust this repair shop again. I did try to drop my vehicle off the night before but because they lock all vehicles up behind a fence, that wasn't possible. There may be a way to do it but I didn't check. Just keep that in mind if you plan on doing the same thing.”

“A huge palm tree fell on my car during hurricane Ian. Sunset Collision Center was able to take my car right away. They happily updated me along the way and worked with my insurance. When I got my baby back she was like brand new! Absolutely perfect. They know how important it is for people to have their car, they treated me like I was their only customer. I never heard about how busy they were with other cars or if they were short staffed or any of the other excuses you may hear from companies. I feel so much better knowing I can count on them if something else happens to my car!”

“Let me tell you something, this place will take care of you. 1) Honest 2) Affordable 3) Easy to work with. This place allowed me to put half down and went on a handshake for me to be in the next week to finish paying them and allowed for me to leave the shop with my car. All they asked was they hold on to the invoice and they will give it to me with warranty and all when I honor the rest of my payment. YOU never see this type of service and trust anymore at all. I would be willing to pay them anything just for being this fair and honest. I only paid half and Carlos says "If you have anything wrong or issues please call me or bring it and I will fix it right away." I'm like damn man, this is old school service, this is the type of service missing in this world. AMAZING young man. 4) This man completely rebuilt my son's Ford Mustang engine. I have a friend of mine who was visiting the shop telling me how Carlos put the engine back together and then took it apart just because he wasn't happy with a clicking sound you can barely hear. That's GOOD MORAL SERVICE. 5) I'M taking my other car there because I can trust their advice, their price and their service. I'm very very happy with their work. “Strictly used cars and kinda “do it yourself”. But the prices are significantly lower than anywhere I’ve seen since the owner sells them wholesale. I’ve helped the owner with online sales and shipping the cars to different states and countries. They go quick, so my advice is to just keep checking or visit the lot because all the vehicles are priced to go quick and another one might pique your interest. Especially if it hasn’t been posted online yet!”
