“I’ve been here twice: once in 2000 and again in 2022, both times for MRIs. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. I didn’t need to send an order in advance (I was able to bring it with me) and they scheduled me very quickly. What stood out the most, though, was that the MRI tech remembered who I was. He was respectful of my knowledge and of the challenges that were requiring me to need an MRI. At the end, he said some things that were very kind given my circumstances. You can’t train employees to be compassionate like that. Choice Diagnostic Imaging feels like a place where they hire people who genuinely care. To me, that makes all the difference.”

“Check-in was quick (as long as you fill out your docs online ahead of time) and the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. There’s a changing room with a few lockers for you to lock up your stuff while you’re there. My technician Jen was funny, personable, and very compassionate, she walked me thru the whole process and was very reassuring. Imaging was done very quickly, Jen was extremely efficient and I was in and out in no time. The room I was in had TVs running nature scenes and calming music, all in all a very pleasant experience.”

“Dr. Thompson and his staff are very professional, friendly, the office is super clean, the front desk woman is very effecient and I'm terrible with names sorry, they see my daughter whenever she has a problem at one of his two offices, Dr. Thompson gives the parents his home cell. phone number and we are instructed to call anytime we don't know if something is normal or not. I have called several times at the beginning! Braces on upper and lower are a new program for us and we really shopped around with asking different orthodont doctors what they thought was wrong inside her mouth. Dr. Thompson was straight up with what the problem was, the cost, and what he WILL achieve when her teeth, alignment, TMG, and soon a chain put on her upper tooth that is traveling up to her nasal cavity instead of down! Geez who would think this is real that our daughter needs a button on the roof of her mouth so it can be opened and the chain at the end of the tooth can be gently pulled back down....We said, "Cant you just rip that tooth out Dr. Thompson?!" He said, "Sure if you dont mind your daughter missing three-four front teeth and wearing dentures at 15 years old for the rest of her life?! Hee! She already looks beautiful with the braces on!! “The staff at this practice are among the best I've encountered. Professional and polite, and timely in service despite being very busy. I had 4 or 5 ladies assist me, and regrettably I didn't catch all their names. The physician's assistant, Katie, did a great job with the sutures I needed. It was a deep wound, so the inner subcutaneous layer needed stitched together before stitching together the outer dermis. She also took precautionary measures and checked on the work of the nurses. She instructed me on care of the injury and the healing process, and made recommendations that I decided were ideal to follow. I highly recommend visiting this medical center if you find yourself in need. I even drove nearly an hour to get there, and am convinced I received better care than I would have in Brandon.”
