“I was only there to visit family for a few hours. The view was wonderful. I did see that there was an office and I went over at least 4 -5 times to see if I could get more information about how I can book a room for future vacation and had questions about the tree house but it was closed the whole time for my visit. Also, parking was very very limited. 1 car per room it seemed. The view was breathing taking. The fridge in the room looked a little uncomfortable on how it was sitting in a untraditional space in the kitchen.”

“What a wonderful place! We spent 12 nights in Cabana #4 in May/June of 2022 with our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we absolutely loved it, our kids called it our "casita". :) The major perks of this place are the closeness to the beach (about 2 minutes walking distance), the wonderful heated pool (where our two kids spent endless hours), the great equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, wave boards, beach towels, Weber gas grill etc.), the outside showers, the parking space on the premises, the fact that the place is well kept/clean and the overall coziness. Moreover the service is pretty outstanding. I called in about a few things (gas was empty and some waveboards were damaged) and the guys at Island Vacation quickly responded and delivered everything. I guess it would fair to say that the decoration is quite tacky (lots of animal figurines and pictures on the walls) which some visitors maybe dislike, and the bathrooms definitely need a rework. But after all this is not what you are here for. The cabanas are located right in the middle of Holmes Beach, there is a Publix, CVS and other local places in walking distance and as I said - the closeness to the beach is just perfect! We were really sad to leave but we will for sure return!! Thanks!!”

“We spent 3 nights here. The water is beautiful, the beach is pristine and the grounds are wonderfully tropical. There are plenty of beach chairs and 2 gas grills. The pool is huge with tables, chairs and umbrellas. We were in unit 34, a one bedroom. It was clean and well furnished. The full kitchen had everything a person could possibly want, even a rolling pin. It was quiet even though full. For us, it was heavenly.”

“We had a great experience here! The place was incredibly clean and exactly as advertised. Nice touches including champagne as a welcome. Rooftop seating area stunning. Lovely pool and hot tub, and rooms and common areas very clean and modern. Location is perfect - less than 5 min walk to the beach and Bridge street with lots of restaurant options. Hosts very easy to communicate with. 6 small parking spots available. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The resort is absolutely amazing. From the perfect location to the beautiful interior. Everything was spotless and the beachy decorations were wonderful. The apartments have the perfect size for an incredible beach adventure. We loved every second in there. Joan and Olga will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. We only had two days in the resort due to Hurricane Ian and the evacuations but Joan and Olga did everything they could to inform us about what’s going to happen. We will definitely come again and plan to stay longer this time so that we can catch up on our plans which we had after we got engaged right before the evacuations. Thank you Joan and Olga.”

“I can’t say enough about this hidden gem. I have visited twice in the last three months. Once on a girls trip and another with my family of four. I don’t typically write reviews but after reading a few negative ones I felt inspired. This place is beautiful. Private pool and across from Manatee beach. Anything you could possibly need is so convenient. This beach is in my top three and I’ve traveled a lot of places. The house is clean and modern. Also has anything you may need. Bonus* rafts and beach umbrellas and all you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The owner’s are so amazing. Alan and Donna are attentive and super down to earth and made our experience special. “Easy breezy check in all key coded so have to make sure you have codes. Our coded didn't work had to call office. Ty was great we ended up having different code apologized for problem. Our room was cute 2 double beds bathroom shower, small kitchen area only thing I missed we had brought couple frozen thing to grill but only fridge NO freezer in it. Leaving our room the pool was straight ahead, take a little corner and you were at ocean. I enjoyed making coffee early am took outside to sit on patio watch fisherman wander on pier early am fishing, BTW have restaurant at the end with pretty good breakfast and evening meals. One big problem we had was to evacuate because of Ian hurricane so our Vaca was cut short. But couple days we had was relaxing and enjoyable”

“Beach House Real Estate's Rental Home on AMI was excellent. The house itself was very comfortable even with a full family and kids. The kids loved the room with the bunkbeds as they had a place to play away from everyone else. They also loved the Classic Video Game Cabinet. The pool and patio was a great place to hang out when wanting to skip or even after getting back from the beach, which was a very short walk. The home provided many chair, body boards, umbrellas and even bikes to ride around the island. We'll definitely be renting again from here for our vacations.”

“The location is excellent, you walk about a block to the beach. It has a nice heated pool. The place is small so if you're a family of 4 or 5 this would not work for you but 1 or 2 people it works out well. There is no storage So you live out of your suitcase and if you were here for 2 weeks like us you end up having piles of stuff sitting around. But I love it anyways, things that we did not have and I called AMI VACATIONS they got the items right away for us in a timely manner. I do love that it has an alarm on back door if you have kids And they want to sneak out to the pool. We would definitely come back. It's a cute little cottage/cabin.”

“Good experience with the condo the only complaints that I have was hot water was way too hot at first and was boiling or the coffee maker did not have a filter and I had to use my own. From my own coffee maker that I bought. Besides that everything was pretty good. The other side of the road the beach could have been worked on a little better cuz they were some voters I tripped on but besides that everything was pretty good and yes they do at pets allowed. About $400 a night but it is pretty good there's not really a bad View of the condo depends if you're on the beach side or on the other side of the parking lot it is still pretty good view there is a good food nearby”

“My husband and 10 month old just stayed last week for a one night adventure and it was perfect! Staff was always helpful and very genuine. Our front desk ladies were warm and offered discounts for the on site bar and a local restaurant! My jaw dropped when I saw our gorgeous room and view to the pool and lounge areas. Everything was very clean and well taken care of! It was a 1 minute walk to the beach and perfect accommodations; chairs, umbrellas, hammock, and beach toys!! I could go on an on...We will be back and we highly recommend this hotel.”

“Private little property so close to water! I stayed here last year and loved how it felt so much like home. Favorite part was the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and I mean everything. Before my girlfriend and I checked in we stayed the first four nights at the resort right next to a rod and reel pier which was $500 a night and they had nothing not even a working stove And the owner was constantly on the premises and cameras everywhere. Once we found this little gem we were just so happy we stayed five nights and yes the owners are very pleasant and are never in your way. The price is right and you’re literally steps from the beach 🏖 I am looking forward to coming back again this May hopefully💕 Demi Mackey”
