Perfectly situated on the Riverwalk, this place is an outstanding complex for those looking for a fun place to live. “2-day stay in December 2021, has been such an immersive experience for myself and my 3-yo old boy. The moment you enter this working ranch, you are truly disconnected from the rest of the busy world. Everything is picturesque, pristine, and tranquil. Activity-wise, we enjoyed fishing, kayaking, grilling, biking etc. The bathroom, kitchen fittings and amenities are of high-end quality. Everything was nicely cleaned, organized, and well stocked, even down to bug spray, hydrocortisone spray etc. Things were available to us when and where we needed. Our Host LeAnne greeted us at the entrance and guided us to our beautiful River Cottage. She also gave us a rundown of facilities, amenities, and house rules. This place does not appear to be a source of income for the ranch. It has so much thought and natural beauty into it. So, please do not treat this like a hotel, pick up after yourself and leave no trash on the grounds. Few points to consider: • We preferred and got luck with the River Cottage vs the Prairie Cottage. • There is a beautiful 2bed 2bath house on the property as well. • What we found is that the cottage is just for sleeping at night - the kitchen, bathrooms [Cantina] etc. are about few hundred feet from the cabin. This was not an issue for us boys staying in the cabin. • Walks back and forth between the Cantina and cottages in dark can be an issue for some. • Sit down dining space is ample around Cantina as well as the Tiki hut by the river; however, beware of mosquitos. We will definitely return for more.”

“The Mango Breeze house was amazing. Clean, light and airy. All the dishes, towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach bikes and much more we needed to make it home for the week. Loved the pool and tiki bar. Also, just a short walk down the street to the beach. So many fun stores, bars n restaurants! I'll be back again next year for visit #4.”

“Pretty nice place. Little changes could make a good experience, great. They don't allow smoking in rooms, but smoking on the balconys makes sitting outside and enjoying yourself impossible for a non smoker/someone with breathing issues. Multiple times we were sitting outside relaxing and people would start smoking and force us inside. The front of the building has no windows so would be ideal for a smoking area. The cleanliness could be slightly better. It wasn't gross by any means, but things are dusty and the ac vents hadn't been cleaned. I don't want to sit or breathe in someone else's filth so we had to clean/dust basic things and cleaned the ac filters ourselves(caked on) . The bath tub didn't drain well so cleaning the ac filters left gunk all over the tub. We ended up calling management for the slow drain. They were very propmt and showed up to fix it within 10 mins. Our unit has signs to not leave things on the beach and to not leave lights on for the turtles. Multiple other renters left tents on the beach and had very bright lights on all night, both horrible for the turtles. Management should be working to enforce this better. Twice we couldn't park because non guests were parked in our lot. They have signs saying they will tow if you don't have parking pass but we never saw that enforced. Lastly the outside trash cans/dumpster haven't been emptied in weeks it seems, so they are overflowing all over the ground. Really takes away from the feeling of the area. The view and walk to the beach is amazing though.”

“Terry’s rental options are all star. There’s plenty of room , our unit was freshly refurbished, had a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach items from a wagon to chairs. We were in need of one item that was not working properly and the owner replaced it before we even got back from our morning outing which is outstanding! Communication from rental firm to renter are top notch & keyless access a total bonus and not common so this is a big deal! We loved that we had 2 parking spaces and very easy access to the beach. The beach was white sand, plush and really warm water especially during January. This rental was close to wicked cantina and Cortez bridge making it fast and easy to find food and get across the island with minimal traffic since the bridge is so close!! The only thing we would have liked in addition to our amenities was a safe but that is hardly a deal breaker, just a thought. We are coming back and staying with this brand again because we were able to peruse many locations and by far this offers many advantages from parking to great beach location shared with a nearby resort.”
