But thanks to Anna & all her planning, I got to enjoy the most relaxing vacation. It was one of her Meow Meow cruises & I met some of the best people while doing some of the events. “Just had a tkr replacement here yesterday. Dr Harkess of Coastal Othopedics was the Master of Ceremonies. I simply cannot say enough good things about the people who work here and what the accomplished for me. I met Jennifer C as my preop nurse. She was professional in everything she did and even better has an excellent sense of humor. She took a lot of stress off my shoulders. She was knowledgeable and was on top of everything along the way. I could not have asked for more. I met Christine as my postop nurse. She was very professional and personable as well. She had me up using a walker almost at once, and this was done by her training me in the way to do things and giving me the confidence I needed. Simply a great job! This was a great experience and I am lookin forward to coming back and having the right knee done.”

“I can’t say enough nice things about our experience with Dr. Yeaney and Sarah his nurse. Dr. Yeaney is compassionate, kind and reassuring about my husbands aortic aneurysm surgery. My husband was terrified about this surgery, as he had open heart surgery resulting in a collapsed lung due to smoking for so many yrs. Considering that his office normally does not take our insurance, he agreed to. His nurse Sarah had to jump through hoops to get things scheduled on a very timely basis to make this even happen. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Yeaney and his wonderful staff, and nurse Sarah for giving my husband a whole new lease on life again, and knowing we had a wonderful, caring, and blessed experience.”

Its unfortunate the negative reviews about the man that owns the store , he is suffering a major health issue that affects his ability to speak, his wife is a very sweet woman doing her best to keep things running while caring for him, so yes sometimes they close early unannounced for medical reasons. I always support local business before running to the next " chain " store. It feels even better to know its truly helping a family survive. I dont believe any dog should be in a store where food is sold! UNLESS it's for a medical condition!! Im an animal LOVER but not everyone is and that should be respected. The man doesnt want to lose customers bc you couldnt leave your dog outside for 3mins”

“I was only there to visit family for a few hours. The view was wonderful. I did see that there was an office and I went over at least 4 -5 times to see if I could get more information about how I can book a room for future vacation and had questions about the tree house but it was closed the whole time for my visit. Also, parking was very very limited. 1 car per room it seemed. The view was breathing taking. The fridge in the room looked a little uncomfortable on how it was sitting in a untraditional space in the kitchen.”

“What a wonderful place! We spent 12 nights in Cabana #4 in May/June of 2022 with our family (2 adults, 2 kids) and we absolutely loved it, our kids called it our "casita". :) The major perks of this place are the closeness to the beach (about 2 minutes walking distance), the wonderful heated pool (where our two kids spent endless hours), the great equipment (umbrellas, deck chairs, wave boards, beach towels, Weber gas grill etc.), the outside showers, the parking space on the premises, the fact that the place is well kept/clean and the overall coziness. Moreover the service is pretty outstanding. I called in about a few things (gas was empty and some waveboards were damaged) and the guys at Island Vacation quickly responded and delivered everything. I guess it would fair to say that the decoration is quite tacky (lots of animal figurines and pictures on the walls) which some visitors maybe dislike, and the bathrooms definitely need a rework. But after all this is not what you are here for. The cabanas are located right in the middle of Holmes Beach, there is a Publix, CVS and other local places in walking distance and as I said - the closeness to the beach is just perfect! We were really sad to leave but we will for sure return!! Thanks!!”
