“This was the best boat rental experience I've ever had. 3 day rental. Mike was very helpful letting us know everything about the boat, rules on the water, and phone number in case of emergency. Martha had laminated maps and guide to restaurants and fuel locations all around the island. The boat was flawless and easy access at the marina. Very friendly people. They even had a cooler with ice and fishing poles for us. Thanks!! Will definitely rent again next year!!”

The place has a casual neighborhood vibe and our server was super friendly. I decided to try the special, which was beef strips with potatoes and mushrooms. The beef was super tender and delicious, but my only complaint is that there wasn't enough beef and heavy on the potatoes. My partner ordered chicken with German noodles and she was very happy with her meal. We shared a dessert, the black forest tower, which was tasty. They also have a good variety of German beer. Give them a try, especially if you like German food.”

I don’t typically write reviews but after reading a few negative ones I felt inspired. This place is beautiful. Private pool and across from Manatee beach. Anything you could possibly need is so convenient. This beach is in my top three and I’ve traveled a lot of places. The house is clean and modern. Also has anything you may need. Bonus* rafts and beach umbrellas and all you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The owner’s are so amazing. Alan and Donna are attentive and super down to earth and made our experience special. If there is anyone that is more fair and morally conscious , I would have to meet him/her to believe it! The job of the property manager Is to carry out the wishes of the owner of the house that is being rented. Any complaint about the property manager 's handling of a situation should be directed to the owner, should it not? If the house was not maintained as the renter thought it should have been, it is the owner's fault . If the house was damaged by the renters, monies removed from any deposit would be at the direction of the owner. At least, that's the way it works in the northern states! Maybe the renter is bearing a grudge because he has something to feel guilty about ? It is wrong to sully a good persons name because things didn't turn out the way he wanted. You have to look at ALL the facts.”
