Our Grandmother bought a plot and said she wanted to be buried in this facility next to her mother. Since our grandmother passed in NJ, we were very nervous about the logistics to bring her home. Theresa was professional and helpful. She guided us through the process.
After arriving at the facility, I was shocked to see how well maintained the facility was. Harpeth Hills Memorial garden is beautiful, and I now understand why my grandma wanted to be inured there.
Thank you Theresa and the rest of the staff for helping us.
Fine show of respect. Thanks to all the fine people who do that job.
I was calling funeral homes for my niece who gave birth to a stillborn. I was calling re. cremation costs. All the other places I called were charging $1,600+.
I spoke to Trudy, a funeral director, who offered their services for free. I thought that I would at least have to pay for the baby’s urn but she offered to do that for free too. What an incredible blessing at such a devastating time for my niece.
We buried my father in law today and had the true pleasure of working with Jeff Plunk. He was absolutely wonderful ! He covered every detail from organizing military burial , getting stands for our photos displayed , video , memory board , etc. He has a kind way and makes a difficult time seem doable. Thank you for making his celebration of life special. We appreciate you coordinating with St Mathew , Gate Of Heaven and McGraths. My only suggestion would be laminated prayer cards instead of paper so they last longer.
Robert Romine was so incredibly helpful and caring through every process we went through after my dad passed. I highly recommend harpeth hills for any memorial/funeral and cremation. Everyone there was so kind and efficient. If there was ever a small problem, it was instantly fixed. They make it as easy as possible for those who are grieving.
