“Went camping there twice a year. The facilities were clean and maintained ok. Could have been better maintained. no places for recycling. We had to bring our own barrels and haul our own garbage out ourselves. The dorm rooms are ok. Lots of bunks and electricity.”

“Kayaked down Juniper creek. Lots of fun. Creek is very narrow and you have to navigate around submerged fallen trees. Saw a few alligators lying on the bank. Saw a buck. A group ahead of us claimed to have seen a bear.”

“It's a very pretty little place! There are no playgrounds, and there is very little parking, but it is a very relaxing place to sit and enjoy the outdoors in the evening times. There are a couple picnic tables, and plenty of gorgeous oaks to lounge under and to admire. We came here for out maternity pictures, and they turned out so wonderfully! I could see us going back for future family photos.”

“It's a nice place & a great lake plus boat ramp but I give 4 stars because it needs to be opened up more its super tiny & come on theres no place to fish cause the edge of the banks covered in saw grass!”

“Beautiful place and one of the few that we can take our Polaris crew 570 since it is 60 inches. Not the best bathrooms, but at least they had them. The trails were beautiful.”

“Nature preserve, people should read and obey the rules of a County park. More and more people are taking their dogs out there. It’s against the park rules. No domestic animals. It’s to protect the wildlife. Where are the workers. I have been on the trails numerous times in the last year and Dogs with no leashes. Visitors should be able to feel safe, that is not safe to me. ????????????????????????????please protect your parks.”

“We used the mini cabin during the fourth of July and had a great time. First of, the staff is super nice. Location is nice and quiet. It's perfect for a family get away and camping experience. Cabin needs some maintenance is the reason for 4 stars. I still recommend this place as a nice experience and a good value. Be aware that it is not a 5 star hotel. You need to bring all of your essentials, from soap to toilet paper. I also recommend bringing disposable plates and utensils as the kitchen and sink in the mini cabin is quite small, but who wants to wash dishes on holiday anyway?”

“The Good: Ramp is in great shape, restaurant is great, fairly clear of debris. The Bad: Fairly limited parking, no dock. The access to Lake Bryant is through a small canal but it was recently cleaned out (2017). The lake is wonderful for all types of activity including fishing and watersports. Very little traffic on this lake and some rather large Bass have been caught there.”

“Awesome place. The fee to get in is a bag of carrots! Not too many places for kids & adults to enjoy for basically free! Only open on Saturdays 11am to 3pm. All horses are old, retired, or abused at one time. They stay on the farm even after they pass away.”
