She welcoming and very accommodating. She is available for every question or issue you may have, even if it has nothing to do with your stay at Beach Haus. You can tell she loves her job because she is so good at keeping everthing running smoothly and making sure everyone is happy! She is always quick to respond and open to giving out her number…beyond available! Elizabeth needs a raise! I’ve enjoyed my stay so much that I may never leave! “Very surprised at the negative reviews of this spot, located on an extremely convenient, scenic, palm tree-lined street in Key Biscayne. Stayed in a two BR unit just above the private pool, which happened to be perfectly clean and convenient for an afternoon cool off/refresher. I sometimes think people look at stock photos and think they are stealing the deal of a century with Ritz-Carlton luxury at Motel 6 prices. If your expectations are reasonable, this condo will exceed them. Roomy, clean, with a small kitchenette that included pots, pans and dinnerware. Simple and quaint decor. No housekeeping service but again, this isn't a hotel. Book with confidence and enjoy.”
