I’ve been using this company to rent for 2 years now. What I love most is that I applied online and the process was fast. My house was not ready to be seen when I applied because I got it a month in advance, but that’s the magic of it!!!! because they reserved it for me when I was approved and when the people that were living there left they showed me the house completely renovated (they do a makeover of the house before turning it in). I was happy to see a beautiful, clean, like new looking house.
After that I closed the deal!!!! and YESSSSS!!! they don’t ask you to pay until you see the house and give the ok. Only then I signed the papers to move in. I loved that I always had the option to withdraw if I didn’t like the house!!!!!!!!!!
IM STILL RENTED WITH THIS COMPANY and Inhave recommended it to a lot of friend looking for a nice house.
