“This hotel is new, fresh, and really great overall. However I do have some suggestions for management as a front desk manager myself and having a critical eye when it comes to details. There should be more than 1 front desk agent here as when one leaves other people are left waiting for minutes at a time, confused. Also the food from Mama Joon is incredible but I asked for it to be brought to the rooftop for me and they didn’t bring me utensils or napkins (basic service). There’s no central lighting in the room and it’s very dark. I couldn’t even do my makeup properly in the bathroom. Also, we’re told we can order in room dining but it’s not clear how? There’s no phone and you can’t order from the app? So it’s not really in-room dining if we have to get dressed and approach the lobby to order. Either way this hotel is great! Lovely decor, cool rooftop and the price is amazing. The staff is friendly and welcoming.”

“Great services, quick responses. Victor was exceptionally great. He remembered me by name and provided me a small gift basket. Not far from Ocean drive and my room was pretty clean, cool shower as well. I definitely would recommend.”
