“I am officially certified to make outstanding bloody marys thanks to the Workshop. Went here with some friends for the class and was horrified to learn the Zeitgeist secret ingredient, which turns out to be essential. Can't tell you what it is though. You've got to take the workshop and get certified to find out. Only problem is that your friends start showing up for brunch every Sunday...and sometimes Wednesday....when they realize how amazing your BMs are. I haven't been sober since August. Train at your own risk.”

“No conosco bien la escuela pero le doy esta calificacion porque hoy fui con mi nieta a un evento llamado desayuno con los abuelos y la experiencia fue fatal. Yo crie dos hijos y tengo 4 nietos con los que he participado en muchisimos eventos como este. Este evento normalmente se organizan a la hora que corresponde al desayuno de los niños. Los abuelos o los padres van llegando con los niños, dan su informacion en la entrada y automaticamente van pasando a desayunar y cuando se termina que debe ser antes de la hora de clases los niños van a su aula y los padres o abuelos van a su trabajo. Pero en esta escuela cuando llegamos con los niños los mandaron a su aula y a las 8.45 mandaron a entrar a la familia y aun los niños no estaban en el comedor y por supuesto sin desayunar. Consulte a alguien qye trabajaba alli y me dijeron que tenian que entrar todos los niños para comenzar el desayuno y que luego habia un evento y todo esto a la hira de clase. No se que paso despues porque mi esposo y yo tuvimos que irnos sin disfrutar del des ayuno porque ya estabamos tarde para ir al trabajo. Es la primera vez que veo un evento como ese de esa manera.”

“This is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Miami Springs. It is a Pre-K3-8th grade school. My son has been going to this school now for two years and I couldn't be more happier with my son's turnout. From the administration to the students, this school is a family environment! The administration staff (principal included) is very hands on and knows all of their students! The principal is out front and present in every setting. She is the first one there and the last to leave on many occasions. She's out front in the morning to welcome your kids to school at drop off and makes sure they get to class. If you need to drop your child off earlier and she is present, she will bring your kids in the office with her. I know because my son sometimes has to get to school early before 7:30 (drop-off time). She is a principal that cares and shows up! And that is important because I know some schools where the principal gets to school just before the bell rings. My first year at this school, I was so amazed at how nice and polite the students were! And I am talking about the 8th graders too! They welcomed my son and took him under their wing and looked out for all of the little ones. The teaching staff is great as well. My son has been blessed with an amazing teacher both years. She understands his struggles and is very patient with him to the point where this year he is functioning very well. This school allows therapists on campus granted they provide the proper documentation. I have never had any issues with having my son's therapist come to his class. The PTO committee is great as well. They host a lot of events for the kids and the principal is apart of that as well. Parents have to complete at minimum 25 volunteer hours. I think this is great because it forces the parents to be involved. Often times parents don't participate in the school functions besides what they have to but with these hours you get to be hands-on and have your kids see you involved with the school administration and other parents. I could go on and on about this school. I mean I really could. But i think it best that you give this school a try for yourself. Call the school, plan a visit and experience this hidden gem!”
