Went here with some friends for the class and was horrified to learn the Zeitgeist secret ingredient, which turns out to be essential. Can't tell you what it is though. You've got to take the workshop and get certified to find out. Only problem is that your friends start showing up for brunch every Sunday...and sometimes Wednesday....when they realize how amazing your BMs are. I haven't been sober since August.
