The food is always good and I mean always. Never had a bad experience or experienced anyone being rude to me. For the people saying after one bad experience they want come back, I'm sure you have had many bad experiences at Walmart and other big name companies but you still go there. We are all human and we have good days and bad days. I can feel people energy and we are always not in good spirits but it's ok. I will forever support this business cause I love the food. Stop the hate it's not fair or right. Don't let the bad reviews stop you this food is heavenly. Go in with a positive attitude and a smile and I promise you will get the same energy back 💞. “Me and my family have visited many Crafty Crab establishments across South Florida, but, the North Miami Beach location is THE BEST by far! The service is amazing! I sit with Steph, Linda or Kayla during my visits. They are so attentive and they anticipate our needs and check back with us multiple times, to ensure that our experience goes off without a hitch! Don’t even get me started on the food! The seafood boils are always fresh and cooked to perfection and anything fried is served golden brown and crispy! The fried calamari are the best that I’ve had anywhere, and I’ve had them in every restaurant you can think of! The bartender, Samantha, makes the best Long Passion in all the land! The manager, Heather, is always so welcoming and she stops by each table to engage with the guests. I will definitely be back… probably by the end of the week! This place receives FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️… ALL ACROSS THE BOARD! Please don’t take my word for it and go see for yourself.”

“Shalom-Haifa is a very special restaurant. We had a wonderful evening.The menu is extensive and the food was truly one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Boaz and his team go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food is delicious, the portions are huge and presented well. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We will definitely go back! We met another customer who told us, he’s been coming to this restaurant for 20 years and every time he returns he is never disappointed. When you go, go hungry! “My sister ordered food for her place of employment and everyone loved it. We went for brunch and now I live it!! Honduran food is the best, we had baleada with meat, Honduran tacos, beef soup and pork chops with green plantain chips served with cabbage salad and salsa on top same for tacos. Everything was delicious and portions are big, leftovers for everyone. Process are fair, the add tip after you spend $20 by service is really good. We will go back.”

The menu is diverse and different, with several options for everyone, even vegans. They have wood tables that are pretty sticky, but that's because of the antibacterial cleaner they're using because the server cleaned the table right in front me very thoroughly and it was still sticky, so it's not because of the syrup lol. My husband, who sometimes has a hard time finding meatless options in Haitian restaurants, really liked his macaroni gratiné and rice with black beans. The portions are very generous.
