“We were shopping at another nearby mattress store and getting zero service as the process with the customer before was taking forever. We told the salesperson we would be back shortly after going to Dairy Queen in the same strip. On the way we found Miami Mattress where Javi promptly ascertained our needs, showed us several models, explained the differences clearly and guided us to a great value of quality + discounted price for the guest room bedroom we were seeking to upgrade. The mattress, box and frame were delivered within 24 hours today. Turns out our salesman was actually the owner. I wish him/them well. Only suggestion: get more advertising out there!”

They damage on delivery a desk value more than $3000 , never show on time, set delivery time 1 pm to 3 PM, and never arriving. they Cover Big holes on my desk with the tape, I have to wait close to a month after i Pay in full all furniture. The Positive, the owner contact me and fix the situation. Customer support also contact me and send the professional crew to set up properly my desk. Nice design, I am really happy with the final set up .”

He was professional and timely even if it took a bit longer to complete from quoted. I was understanding and all was installed with care and detail. Kitchen looks like new and beautiful. Follows up on all details along the way and makes corrections as needed and suggestions along the way. Even my dog Lucky got to like him. Below is some before and after.
